We love working with our students earlier in grade 9 to get them started on planning their university careers. The earlier we start, the more time we have to create a flexible pathway for students to follow while embracing their unique set of interests from the start. Starting from a student’s freshman year maximizes all of the dynamic components that the student can work on, from building their confidence to taking leadership roles effortlessly.

We operate on a first-come-first-served basis throughout the year. Our junior year slots are typically filled by January before the application cycle, as we cap our students in each grade to deliver high-quality, personalized client services. 

A school counselor fulfills all of the administrative aspects of the university admissions process, including letters of recommendation and sending the transcript. They offer great insights into the university application process, while a private counselor has greater time commitment and focus for each student. We believe the key to success is understanding the student and the family well, considering each person’s preferences and endowed skills. 

We work with our students and families through Zoom meetings for 70% of sessions and 30% through offline meetings. Our hybrid approach allows for flexible scheduling while retaining the close feel of the relationship. 
 

Over 90% of our students happily receive the good news of acceptance into the universities of their dreams. Our students have performed amazingly well in getting into universities such as Cornell, Brown, and the University of Pennsylvania, UCLA, UCB, and NYU, just to name a few at the top of mind. A combination of hard work and steadfast commitment results in our acceptance.
 

While we can't promise a golden ticket to any particular school, we are committed to helping our students present their strongest possible applications and maximize their chances of acceptance. Our goal is to showcase their unique talents and achievements in a competitive admissions landscape.
